The myGIIS parent portal is wonderful! I can keep track of my daughter's performance at school with ease, thanks to this portal.
The teachers at this school are super dedicated! They make sure to support the kids and give them the attention they need to learn effectively.
GIIS is a high-standard school that provides a proper mix of Indian as well as an international educational experience to the students. Children learn multiple languages here which is a plus point.
My son is getting confident to face the world... the school has amazing digital advancements and offers hands-on experience in all the core subjects.
What I like about GIIS is their dedication to learning... and they understand that education involves every aspect of a human... they develop intellect and values in students along with textbook knowledge
Knowing that my son is safe at school is very important to me. With guards present in the campus, CCTV cameras and proper checking of anyone who enters the school including staff, we don鈥檛 have to worry about his safety at school!
The reason why we enrolled our daughter at the GIIS Higashi Kasai campus for the Primary Years Program is because of the variety of non-academic activities that it offers along with the 9 GEMS approach and smart learning that is practised here. These were some of the few things that we thought would add value to her schooling.
The staff and teachers at the GIIS HK campus are very approachable. When we came to the school for a campus tour, they patiently answered all our questions and gave us helpful insights about the school and the curricula that it offers鈥�
The extracurriculars list alone has to be a highlight at GIIS... they offer needle art, origami, volleyball, kathak, painting, ceramics and clay modelling... these are so new and it's fascinating how kids learn these with interest. My son personally loves music.
I was so surprised to know how many universities were coming for the university fair at GIIS Kita Kasai... My daughter had so many options and they were all good options. The universities are all reputed ones and I think over 200 delegates were present from all the colleges...Wonderful platform for students
The buses at GIIS Kita Kasai are very safe. The driver knows my daughter by name and where she gets on... they take good care of all the kids and safety is always ensured in the bus ride to and fro.

What I like about the campus is its focus on skill-based teaching. Students can better understand concepts practically. Teachers are also very supportive and always available to address any concerns or issues.
The teachers here are more like mentors who guide the children and prepare them for the real world. When schooling is done right, children are prepared for the world, and at GIIS, I can confidently say that my son has had such advanced schooling that he is now more than prepared to start his new journey. The syllabus here is challenging and prepared me well for higher education. The school offers a wide range of subjects and opportunities to explore different fields of study, and I was easily able to choose a specialization for my university after getting to explore my interests here.
Children get good exposure to academics, extracurricular activities, and values. The curriculum is strong and covers everything that will be helpful for students when they graduate and enter well-established universities in the future.
A good Indian CBSE school for families relocating to Japan. The teachers are very supportive, and the infrastructure is well-maintained.

My son developed his love for table tennis at GIIS. He loves playing this game with his friends in school.

I am happy with the current online teaching methodology of Global Indian 黑料福利社. The school provides excellent opportunities for kids to hone their extracurricular skills. The teachers are good and create a positive environment for the kids to learn classroom concepts. The overall experience has been good.
GIIS has adopted a revolutionary teaching methodology which I believe will be adopted by other schools in the region soon. I am really happy with the way the nine gem framework used to pay attention to children who are not performing to the standards and bringing them up to speed. As parents, our experience with GIIS has been pleasant. We like the infrastructure and the environment created for students. The teachers are incredibly hard-working and always make sure to keep an eye on overall student welfare.
As a working parent, I find GIIS to be effective in communicating with teachers on a real-time basis. Even during COVID, I'm regularly updated on the progress my kid is making in the online classes and chapter-wise regular assessments. I consider this as a perfect school based on my experiences.
It is a very diverse school. All the teachers are very kind and considerate about their students and how they're performing in the class. Also, they keep all the parents very well updated about the curriculum.

My older daughter studied in this school and passed out in the year 2019. My second daughter is currently studying in 5th standard. I am hugely satisfied with the school. Teachers are good and, they provide individual attention to kids. There is an overall development for the child and, the school gives individualised attention. They have a good sports facility and wondrous coaches. This year in the online mode, teachers have done a fantastic job in taking care of the academics. Overall this is a good school.
A decent school with co-operative staff and good emphasis on both academics and sports, till date my experience was great. It's hard to find a school that gives equal weightage to extracurricular activities and academics.
My Son studies in GIIS and, I am so pleased with how my son has progressed after. All the teachers Provide systematically scheduled, professionally executed online classes where children can learn a lot. They make online classes more interactive and fun. I would like to appreciate all the teachers and staffs for their hard work and will recommend GIS.
This School is an excellent choice when it comes to academics as well as extracurricular activities. They have a reasonable fee structure. The Principal and Staffs are very cooperative. The campus infrastructure is astonishing. Profoundly recommend. My Son adores the school.

After having moved to Tokyo from India, I was scared that my child would not be able to cope with the Japanese curricula. But then, we got introduced to Global Indian 黑料福利社 in Tokyo, which offers CBSE curricula. We couldn鈥檛 be happier about finding a school that fit our culture!

Being blessed with two children can be expensive in a first-world city like Tokyo when you are the only working parent. So my wife and I started looking for good private schools with scholarship programs for senior high school students. The Global Indian 黑料福利社 (GIIS) proved to be an excellent choice for us as we could avail of the Sadako Ogata Merit cum Means Scholarship. Thanks to this Scholarship, our children got a 25% off on tuition fees - which helped ease the financial burden of higher education for us!
