Teachers are not committed to students. They care more about how they look to people鈥檚 eyes. The teachers experience unfair treatment according to race. There is a toxic workplace as well. Teachers just eventually stop being given contracts. Instead of telling them they鈥檙e fired, the director will not talk to them until the teacher who is being fired gives up. Music teachers never move on from one song to teach too. It鈥檚 always the same song every year. Clearly, the director doesn鈥檛 know what is happening in her school. This might seem brutal but it鈥檚 the truth.
