Teachers leave like flies because they are not valued. I don鈥檛 understand how the CEO is a CEO as he does not value teachers at all. Would I send my child there? Unless I don鈥檛 mind having them taught by five different teachers where four are not subject experts? No chance. Better to home tutor.

Horrible place. I had a terrible experience working at PSI, I regret wasting my time working at this school. Unfortunately, this school does not hold any of the british values, school is simply a business ran by a bunch of incompetent/ greedy management, Admins are controlled by senior management and they refuse to communicate unless directed by higher up. Accommodations were not provided as promised. No resources or books were given to both staff and students. Secondary school was lacking resources in many areas. Medical insurance was only provided at the end of the first teaching term, Salaries were not paid on time which caused a lot of distress amongst staff. A very concerning work culture filled with toxicity, favouritism and politics, no professional development was provided to staff, no account of well-being or support in any shape or form. Staff were made redundant with no valid reason. Some staff members were terminated based on accusations. Dictatorial leadership, no freedom of speech and no accountability for any action taken against any staff member. STAY AWAY!
