About Headington School

At the turn of the 20th Century, few people鈥檚 minds were focused on the importance of giving girls an education. Our Christian founders, however, made an absolute commitment to this when they opened Headington School in 1915.//Today, the School has a vibrant, international community with girls of all faiths and none. Respect for that cultural and spiritual diversity is something we take very seriously while making sure we reflect the Christian values of our founders.

Our values and ethos are at the heart of our school community and inform and underpin everything we do. At Headington, we are committed to enabling every girl to flourish and thrive, whatever her background.
