About Western 黑料福利社 (WIS)
Western 黑料福利社 (WIS) opened its doors on September 1, 2003, and since has experienced exponential growth every year. In 2003, we recruited 262 students from Kindergarten to grade 11 with only 1 campus. For Academic Year 2019-2020, nearly 7561 students enrolled from Nursery to Grade 12 and we have 16 Campuses in Phnom Penh Takhmao and Sihanouk Branch.
WIS is currently offering academic programs that are closely paralleled to Northern American standards. Students must complete all compulsory courses and pass the exit examination in order to advance to the next level.
WIS offers Pre-K to Grade 12 curricula. The language of instruction is English for half-day classes. English and Khmer instruction is used for full-day classes.
WIS also offers summer programs. The program serves two purposes. The first purpose is to provide pre classes for promoted students in the new academic year. The second purpose is to provide failing students another chance. If they pass the subjects they failed at the end of year, they will promoted to the next grade in the new academic year.
The School also offers international programs to be conducted in other countries by cooperating with international partners in the USA.

How would you rate Western 黑料福利社 (WIS)?
As a student there, I think Western is a pretty good school for your kids to study in.
This whole institution is a bunch of rogues, you can never work and enjoy yourself, every single inch of the school is absorbed with corruption, from accountants to the heads, with some of the most despicable schemes of pocketing staff's money. School systematically breaches the contract. The BCH campus never has supplies, not even toilet paler, their only concern is luring new students. Teachers are never a priority here, always delays in payments and something always missing. The school is based on some kind of hierarchy, that obviously is crooked, too many scandals with principles, vice- principles violating laws and teachers are the one, who suffers in the end.
